New intake of apprentices welcomed

Our new apprentices who started in 2018

Last month we recruited fantastic new apprentices to join our Bromford journey for the next couple of years.

One of those to join us at our Riverside office is Billie Axford who is a Business Admin Apprentice and has joined our Income Management Team. Ollie Castignetti is a Plumbing Apprentice and has joined the Gas Team and Jordan Smith and Oakley Fast have joined our Day-To-Day Team as Property Maintenance Apprentices. All four apprentices have enrolled with college, completed their corporate induction and been assigned mentors around the business.

Property Maintenance Apprentice, Oakley Fast said: “There was a lot information to take in on the first day but I’m excited to get stuck in and do well in my apprenticeship.”

And showing our commitment to providing training to staff to enable them to progress their career, two of our finance team have signed up to do professional qualifications. Sarah Rummins is doing her AAT level 3 and Helen Court her AAT level 4.

Both Helen and Sarah said: “We’re excited but nervous about being students again, especially at our age. But definitely looking for to finally being able to do this qualification.”
