We’re launching a new text-based satisfaction survey next week to find out how happy customers are with our repairs service.
From Monday we’ll be sending text messages to all customers at whose homes we’ve completed a repair at during August. Every one who replies to the text survey will be entered into a prize draw to win shopping vouchers.
Repairs Project Analyst Alice Hagues said: “Last year we launched our updated repairs policy to customers. We’re keen to find out how customers think we performing when we complete a repair to their home. Collecting more feedback on our repairs service will help us increase our understanding of how we are doing, so we can identify areas for improvement and enable us to provide an even better service to customers in the future.”
Customers will receive two texts, with the first text outlining the repair that has been completed. The second text will ask customers to reply stating how satisfied they are with the work. Texts will be charged at standard rates. The first text surveys will be sent out to customers on 6 August.
